Physiotherapy
Please bring your referral, insurance card, medical reports, and comfortable clothing. If available, we also recommend bringing any relevant medical documents or reports.
- Initial session: 45 minutes
- With medical referral (basic insurance): 30 minutes. To allow sufficient time for therapy and exercise, we recommend booking an additional 30 minutes.
- Without referral (self-paying clients): We recommend 60 minutes to optimally combine treatment, exercise, and long-term results.
No. You can receive physiotherapy with us without a medical referral. A referral is only required if you would like the treatment to be covered by mandatory health insurance (KVG) or accident insurance. Please ensure that all areas of pain are listed on the referral.
The first treatment session must begin within 5 weeks from the date the referral was issued; otherwise, it will no longer be valid.
- Whenever possible, you will be accompanied by the same therapist throughout your treatment. Should a change occur, thorough documentation and a structured handover ensure the continuity of your care.
Please arrive freshly showered, or feel free to use the shower facilities in our studio before your appointment.
Personal Training
Personal training is designed for individuals who value quality, individuality, and efficiency. It is ideal for anyone who wants to work specifically, professionally, and sustainably on their health, performance, and physical presence—regardless of their training level or experience.
The program begins with two exclusive introductory sessions of 60 minutes each. These include a structured consultation, precise goal setting, and a comprehensive movement and performance assessment. Based on this, we create a tailored training plan. During these sessions, all exercises are professionally instructed, technically refined, and individually adjusted.
Training frequency depends on your goals, recovery, and daily routine. For muscle development, at least two sessions per week are recommended.
We offer 15-minute-consultations free of charge. For more detailed assessments, we schedule at least 60 minutes.
Yes. In many cases, it is even beneficial. If you have existing conditions or injuries, the training will be adapted accordingly and performed safely.
For your 1:1 personal training session, we provide fresh towels. For group training, we provide a mat. You are welcome to bring a small towel.
General Information
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations or missed appointments, the full session will be charged, as the appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
Parking is available nearby. Details about public or private parking options are available on site.
Tram lines 8 and 17 and bus line 30 stop within walking distance of our studio.
Please arrive five minutes before your appointment to ensure a relaxed start to your session.
Massage
Some supplementary insurance providers require a medical referral, while others do not. Please check with your insurance provider for details.
Massages are generally not covered by basic health insurance, but may be reimbursed through supplementary insurance. We recommend checking with your insurer in advance.
